Quick, creamy spaghetti with a touch of lemon is a match made in heaven for juicy, oven-roasted salmon. A sprinkle of Parmesan at the end ties the whole dish together! If you've opted to get salmon, pat dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, coat salmon with 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, half the Cream Sauce Spice Blend, salt and pepper. Arrange salmon, skin-sides down, on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil in the middle of the oven for 6-8 min, or until cooked through.**
When salmon is done, break up into large flakes, removing and discarding skin. Add lemon zest to baking sheet, then toss to coat salmon. Top plates with salmon.
