This golden pan-fried gnocchi is a delicious twist to classic Alfredo. Rich cream and savoury Parmesan come together to make a luscious sauce for this vegetarian supper. If you've opted to add shrimp, using a strainer, drain and rinse shrimp, then pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
