Perfect pasta doesn't take a lot of ingredients or time! This creamy Alfredo has a secret ingredient: soy sauce! Adding soy sauce to the mushrooms gives this Alfredo an umami kick. If you opted to add shrimp, using a strainer, drain and rinse shrimp, then pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp to the pan, along with cream.
