If you've opted to add ground beef, when pan is hot, add 1/2 tbsp (1 tbsp) oil, then beef, peppers and coleslaw cabbage mix. Cook for 3-4 min, breaking up beef and stirring often, until veggies start to soften. Add bok choy and sauce from the small bowl.
