Prep the Carrot

  • Trim the carrot, then halve lengthways (no need to peel).
  • Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 3cm long batons.

Prep the Cucumber & Tomato

  • Trim the cucumber, then halve lengthways. Chop into roughly 1cm wide, 5cm long batons.
  • Chop the tomato into thick wedges.

Serve Up

  • Serve the cucumber, tomato and tomatoes with smashed avocado for dipping alongside.
