  • Place a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
  • Once hot, fry the bacon and gnocchi together, 8-12 mins. IMPORTANT: Cook bacon thoroughly.

  • Add the cheese to the pan.
  • Stir through and allow to melt, 1-2 mins. Add a splash of water to loosen if required. Season to taste with salt and pepper
