If you've opted to add chicken breast, while pan heats pat chicken dry and cut into 1-inch pieces. Season with salt and pepper. When hot, add 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) oil, then chicken, lentils, corn and garlic puree. Cook for 5-6 min, stirring often, until lentils are warmed through and chicken is cooked through.
