It's saucy, savoury, spicy and full of veggies, and it's on the table in 15 minutes. If you've opted to add beef, add beef and mushrooms to the same dry pan (used in step 2). Cook for 4-6 min, breaking up beef into smaller pieces, until mushrooms have softened and beef is cooked through.** Carefully drain and discard excess fat. Add remaining sesame oil, carrots, cabbage and 1 tbsp (2 tbsp) water. Cook veggies as directed.
