Bring some sparkle to your silly season platter! We’ve taken the staple crudité board and leveled things up by adding some marinated goat cheese and garlic-butter pita. With crunchy veggies and prosciutto, this board is the perfect Christmas finger food that's easy to enjoy while you're caroling or unwrapping gifts.

Preparation

Get prepped

  • • Thinly slice carrot and cucumber into sticks.
    • Thinly slice capsicum.
    • Halve snacking tomatoes. 
    • Trim and halve pea pods lengthways. 
    • Finely chop garlic.

Make the garlic butter

  • • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and garlic.
    • Microwave in 10 second bursts until fragrant and melted. 
    • Season with a pinch of salt.

Toast the pita bread

  • • Toast or grill pita bread to your liking.
    • Brush garlic butter over pita bread and slice into wedges.

Finish & serve

  • • Transfer hummus to a small serving bowl.
    • Transfer marinated goat cheese to a second small serving bowl.
    • Arrange prosciutto, hummus, goat cheese, veggies and garlic-butter pita bread 
    on a serving platter to serve. Enjoy!
